Printing problems

    My Father-in-law just switched service providers from Comcast to Verizon. Since then when he tries to print from his Dell laptop to his HP photosmart printer from the internet all he gets is HTML format info and not the way the page is laid out. Not sure if this is a setting problem or driver problem. Had him remove and reload the printer and the problem did not go away. Any help would be appreciated.
