I've had this program for years and I run it every few days. Just lately, it's been picking up and listing a lot of "roaming" items. For example:

    Windows\user\myname\roaming

Is "roaming" dangerous? I don't remember assigning anything to roaming, but odd things are happening with my computer.

I think this thread got buried by the other, worse, problems I had. Just wondering about the "roaming" items.

Roaming folder is not dangerous in of itself as it's part of Vista/W7. Some programs put info in there. I don't know more about it than that.

    Thanks.

It's one of those weird things that appear and I have no knowledge of doing it. I wondered if 'roaming' left me exposed to hackers.
