Someone posted this on another forum so I thougth I would share it with you guys.

all you do is pick the OS you want and it provides a link to download the whole thing. In fact I'm downloading Suse 9.1 rite now. And you don't even have to pick all the files to download like on the linux ftp's. This is awesome, I can't wait to partition my 80gig maxtor hdd with this baby. I guess this link is for those people out there that are looking to get into Linux or want to learn something.

    It's pretty cool. :)

I think the easiest way to start out with Linux to see if you want to explore it more is to order a Knoppix bootable CD from www.xplinux.biz and toss it in your CD drive. You can boot right from the CD! It also makes for a good emergency recovery disk (which is why I bought it).

It also is my first exposure to Linux and it really helps you get comfortable when you don't have to worry about installing right away. When you are done, just reboot into your native OS.

Ok stupid question here. What's the difference(s) between all the Linux's and which should we use?

It all uses the Linux kernel but a different userland. Which ever one you feel like.
