probem with ram

i have this probem with my 1gig of ram i have tried it in other computers and it works fine so i now that the ram isnt faulty ive chevked the ram banks on the mother board with different ram adn they both work. when the gig of ram is installed in the computer it starts to oad up windows then comes up with a bue screen with error 0x0000007e (0xc0000005, 0xfded8eed, oxfefe8occ, oxfef47dcc) my computer is a hp pavillion a309.uk any help will be great

 

The module is incompatable with that mobo!
