    Hi,

I have a USB memory stick with some information on it that I need to recover. When I try to access it in explorer I get a "Please insert disk into drive" error message. This persists on other computers. Active@ UNDELETE 7.3[DEMO] says primary and copy boot sectors are not matched and status is Drive is NOT healthy or initialized. All options are grayed out so I can't do anything about it, at least not with that program.

I have googled this problem and searched these forums but can't find any solutions. Does anyone know of any way I can recover the files on the stick? Thank you for reading.
