I used Tuneup Utilities 2003 and liked it very much. Upgraded to 2004 liked it even better but it caused me a problem that I can't seem to solve.
After I installed it and cleaned my system up( it was very clean). I back up with ERUNT. Well I recceived and error as follows: Error saving file
    C:\ERDNT\USERS\s-1-5-21-1844237615-85442398-1957994488-1004\ntuser.dat!
    continue with next file?
    yes no

Well I conitinued with the next file. Tried the backup ....it worked but am wondering if this is fixable. 2004 I believe was the problem.

This doesn't sound like a Tuneup Utilities problem...

NTUSER.DAT is your user profile file.

ERUNT recommends doing registry backups from an admin-level account. Are you logged in as Administrator or equivalent?

I am logged in as administrator. I am the only user on this pc.

Maybe if I could clear everything and start over. How would I do this? Maybe that would solve the problem clearing all accounts and making a new one.
