Problem after installing Ulead Photo Express

Has anybody here encountered some problems after installing Ulead Photo Express 3.0 SE? My internet became slow and the pages always shows "Cannot be displayed" until I click on it again. Some graphics on websites show a red x and all were fine until I installed this damn software.

Even my email Outlook Express could not connect right away and it has to be done 2 to 3 times.

My OS is Windows XP HE and I have an SP2.

After uninstalling, did you run a registry cleaner? Also, if you are getting the red x problem, you might want to recheck your Internet Options and see if some settings changed after using that program.
