Problem copying to DVD

Hi Plodr or anyone else who sees this post.

Hope you are all doing well.

I now have a problem with DVD Fab, copying DVDs.

It works for a few goes and then it is not able to read the DVD in the laptop. I have to restart my computer to get it to work again.

There was one error message, I cant remember exactly, but saying something about the graphic's card being out of date.

I still have the same laptop as described earlier in this post and nothing has changed. DVD Fab has been working fine.

I just wondered (similar to the SD Card query) that I need to download new drivers???

Any idea?

follow the process :

from left column choose

Summary ( wait 30 seconds until report generated )

from bar menu select :

File
Save as Text file

choose desktop as saving location

follow this process to post your machine type report

do you have any yellow mark in Device Manager menu ? Go to Start - Run mmc devmgmt.msc !! :wave

I have attached the log as requested and there are no yellow marks in the Device Manager menu.

The DVD drive works for a couple of times and then doesnt until I restart my computer.

Oh Dear

It has stopped working again, ie reading my DVD/CD drive.

The microsoft automated fix did work for one go and now it doesnt seem to work and hence doesnt recognise/read certain DVDs.

It recognises some but not others.confused

So I am back to looking at the troubleshooting..BOO!!:cry
