problem downloading

I am trying to download icewind dale 2, I got to about 50% then suddenly there were no seeds available to me, I have tried different torrent sites to load the torrent off (excuse my noob wording) but to no avail.
I have also tried to download icewind dale mega pack (1,2 and expansions) but aparantly there are no seeds. There are definately seeds for both but not for me!
could it be because of my seed/leach ratio? do some people cut you off if you have been leaching more than seeding?
any ideas would be helpfull
