problem during 'setup' of spywareblaster v3.2

    I am getting the following error message while trying to setup/install spywareblaster v3.2:
    An error has occured while trying to replace the existing file:
    DeleteFile failed; code 5.
    Access is denied.
    (I am using windows98, I already have spywareblaster v3.1 and was trying to go through the regular update process, in other words I never uninstalled v3.1)

    Can you help?
