Problem From Nexon Game Combat arms

Recently my nehpew installed a popular game by nexon on my computer called combat arms, as i got into it i decided to pick up a few things and "change the game" After many succesfull ''Mods'' being injected i came across a problem mainly concerning the file GUNS_T_PV_SR.rez, with this meaning i have deleted all other files, even uninstalled the game manager and the game itself..
the file still remains, ive tried many programs such as shredder, unlock tool, and ive ran the chckdsk utility many times.
Currently on a different forum, none of the sites Moderators are able to help me with this problem.

In general ive been trying for about 6 days now to delete this file with no success, any ideas?

Well since the file is in use I would say you have to stop the process that is using it.
Easiest way to do this in my experience is to boot in safe mode.
I'm assuming you know how to do that., if not or you are unsure please ask.

Once in safe mode find the file and see if you can delete it, or rename it, then delete it.

This is of course after you have uninstalled the game and cleaned your PC and Reg, I suggest using Ccleaner for this.

This info is NOT based on experience with this exact issue, just something I've done on occasions to delete a file that is "In Use".

It's been a long time since I played combat arms and I never modded it anyway so the issue you are having I have only the info you have given.
