Problem getting into bios

I trying to install new os vista sp1 ,It goes all the way to screen where i have select what i want to do 1.2.3. pick one 1 is install 2 is repair windows and 3 is ...., the problem is that the mouse wont work and i cant get into bios to try to fix it, key board stops as well !Ive tryed f2 f3 f1 f8 f10 f12 at bootup but no luck ,The comp is a cierio from the futures shop . Does anyone know how to get in! Oh tryed esc also!:cool

 

During the set up screens you normally use the up and down "arrow keys". Are you using a wireless Mouse and Keyboard because sometimes they are not detected and you need to plug in a keyboard at the bare minimum, mouse is often not used during the installation process AFAIK.
