PROBLEM INSTALLING SIMCITY 4! Help! D:

    i have a two year old dell with a 3.4ghz intel, 4gigs memory and, as for as i can tell, my computer meets or exceeds the minimum req. for sim city 4 deluxe. the problem is after the first disc loads, the second doesn't do anything. i'm stuck at 48.8%. i can cancel the upload. i'm going to try an update my chipset drivers when i get home(i hope), but any useful insights would be appreciated.
