Problem opening HJT after downloading, DLL error

I am getting an error message when I try to open my newly downloaded Hijack This. Running Win98 with Mozilla Firefox. I had to unzip it with zipfast which may be irrelevant.

When I double-click on the HJT dynamite icon I get this message:
"A required .DLL file MSVBVM60.dll was not found. "

What do I do???
