I have a LITE-ON DVDRW burner and 1Ghz AMD, 256M RAM and the ATI 7000 w/64MB. If I remember, it played when I first installed it just fine. Then somehow just stopped playing well at all. What happens is that I out a DVD in and it starts to play and then it stalls, and plays, etc, like a buffering problem. When I rip it to my C drive and play it its fine. I have re-installed my drivers, etc. no change, I went to ATI and didnt see much, I found an upgrade and tried to install but it could not find a valid ATI program, I bought the card from CompUSA so the cd is theirs... any clues?
