Problem saving web pages from MS Word 4 mac

    I just installed Word for Mac. I have the correct version of MacOSX, etc. I have installed the recommended updates.

    When I create a Web Page, it saves as a read only Internet Explorer document. When I open the document in Word and make changes, it wont allow me to save it. I get a "File error check to see that disk is inserted and cables are connected" message. No help in "help" or anywhere else. I'm at my wits end, anyone have any suggestions?
