Problem sharing folders in wireless home network

There are 4 computers in my home including mine. Now I know of all the computer's names on the network and right clicking properties on 'My Computer' shows they are all on the same network name. I've moved folders on two of the computers to the 'ShareDocs' folder and they work (I am able to access them from 'My Network places') But one computer won't allow me to access its ShareDocs folder, it doesn't even show up in My Network Places. Does anyone know what could cause this? I've also tried right clicking on a folder and going to "Sharing and Security' and checking the boxes for sharing on the network and allowing to edit folders, but it still won't show up.

 

Firewall settings would be the first thing, along with permissions allowing the user to be able to share with said folder.

 

Firewall settings seem to be fine, File and Print sharing are among the list of exceptions to the firewall. Nothing is different as far as files that are able to be shared.
