Problem with Access... help please?

Can anyone help, please? I have attached a simplified version of my database to this message.

I want to be able to select a company name in the first field and for the rest of the address details to automatically appear in the other fields. I had this problem once before on another database and managed to solve it, but for the life of me, I can't remember how! I know it's something I should know, but forgive me for being a beginner.

I would be so grateful if one of you techie people could help!

No problem if you want the thread deleted just say so.

but glad you have your problem now sorted, I wouldnt have been much help anyway as Access is not my thing.. I know I should learn it but dont have a use for it as yet.

I am pretty good with access and would love to be of help. I have created from scratch tables, queries, joins, forms, and reports. I can assist with questions from basic to tricky - I have some impressive skills with the software.

but I will keep you in mind if I need assistance with Access as I'm not very good with that one, mostly as I have had no cause to use it much so I have never learned it.
