problem with alcohol120,ipod + itunes ?

hi all, don't know if i'm in the right section, i installed alcohol120 then uninstalled it, it left behind a virtual drive (compact disk f) which i dissabled through properties, it also left behind virtual drivers (a347bus.sys) and a bios extension, these do not seem to be causing a problem but i want to get rid of them, i installed ccleaner, under utilities it says i have alcohol120, i also installed quicktime which installed ipod/itunes, i uninstalled these through add/remove and kept quicktime, i went to program files and deleted the files there and all other references i could find then ran my reg cleaner, wandering through my registry i found HKLM,software,alcoholsoft and applecomputer, is there a program that can clean my registry of unwanted bits, i have w2ksp4, registry mechanic (scans clean), ccleaner (registry issues scans clean), tools in spybot/ad-aware clean, hjt and x-raypc ok, this is not a problem just annoying, ta
