Problem with C&C

hi all. i have just downloaded the DOS Box from this site to help with the installation of the first C&C (the old classics NEVER die ). its great and i actually understand (vaguely) how to use it. so i followed the instructions and the game started to install. however, it refused to recognise drive C:\ as a real drive. apparently it is invalid. so i was wondering if anyone here could help me? I'm not a computer person unfortunately :cry thanks all!

 

Do yourself a favour and go out and buy C&C The First Decade, is has all the C&C games upto C&C Generals ZH.
