Problem with CM Storm Sentinel mouse

hey guys, I'm having some problems with my gaming mouse. I have set to 1000
USB report rate and its connected to USB 2.0
The problem is when I'm using it it freezes while moving it for a sec or two and then moves again. There are no software updates to fix that problem.
I use it with the DPI level set to 1100 while not gaming and take it higher when I do.
