problem with computer/virus?

I think I have a virus or something? Everytime i turn on the computer I get a box that pops up when it get into windows thats called System32. Then I get one of those send error report things. This has been goin on for like 3 days. Now today I can't get onto the internet. I'm stuck on AOL, when i usually use cable. My cable modem is fine, all the lights are light up like normal, but i can't conenct to aIM or get any sites to show on IE... Anyone have an idea?

 

when the send error report comes up.. there is a blue link on there somewhere that says "view problem" or "view error" click that.. at the top it should say what application caused the error.. take a screen shot and post it here if you can ..

 

alright this time when I restarted my computer the send error report didn't pop up. but System32 still did and I couldn't connect to aIM until I signed on AOL... Whats system32? It has never popped up before.

I've scanned with norton 2003 and ad aware 6...

 

system32 is a windows system folder.

 

Could you please post a list or screenshot of all your running processes please .
