    Hi there.

I've just set up a new router and account for my parents. Everything seems perfectly fine, but I cannot connect to any site on the internet. Not even my ISP's "toll free" site.

The internet light on the router itself is green and the network on my computer itself says "connected - Internet Access," so I know I'm definitely connected. We all use Windows 7. I've managed to ping my ISP's gateway, so I know we can connect past the router, but I cannot ping their DNS servers at all, I've also tried using google's DNS servers(8.8.8.8 and 8.8.6.6 I believe.)

I've tried and retried everything I could think of, but still the same issue. Any ideas?

    Regards.
