Problem with cookies

Since I've reformatted my drive, I have had a login problem with this certain site. It can't log me on and it says to check my cookies settings. My settings are where they've always been and even after lowering them it didn't do any good. Also while I'm at it, IE7 isn't saving cookies to allow auto logins.

 

Is this a hard question or just an ignorant one.? I found the reason I couldn't log onto a certain site but why IE7 isn't remembering login info is still a mystery. Is this common for IE7, because I dislike IE8 very much.

Thank you thisisu, first I deleter all my temporary files, cookies and any stored passwords before following the instructions in the link. It did start prompting me to save information and even saved my password on my own site. I'm thankful for the advice, it was very helpful. It's funny, I googled many times for the same information that was given in the link and never found it. I guess I wasn't wording it right. Thanks again.
