Problem With Driver (Hal.dll)

I have a serious problem with my driver....

Today I start the pc and I was waiting 1 hour to open.. then it reboots and from then it show me that halo.dll is missing and I can't open my XP Surface it reboots me everytime what can I do???

And **** I lost XP Service Pack 2 CD and I can't recover it!!! PLZ HELP ME I MUST HAVE THIS FILE BEFORE TOMOROW 16:00...

(Can I boot in or something??)

If you want to help just upload it to put it in disket and boot it... I find the solution with Windows XP SP2 but I haven't got the CD I lost it...

Insert and boot from your WindowsXP CD.
At the first R=Repair option, press the R key
Press the number that corresponds to the correct location for the installation of Windows you want to repair.
Typically this will be #1
Type bootcfg /list to show the current entries in the BOOT.INI file
Type bootcfg /rebuild to repair it
Take out the CD ROM and type exit

(Can I do this with disket??)

 

You can do it with the XP boot floppies. Aside from that you NEED the CD.
