Problem with DVD -/+ RW Drive

    Its a Lite-On 12xDVD -/+ RW Drive, I have it hooked up and all. But if I have my computer on and then i restart when the computer restarts it doesnt detect the drive. But if I completey shut down the PC it shows up. Could it be the IDE Cable? I put the DVDRW Drive as a slave and the Lite-On CDRW/DVD Drive as the master.

    aLLiKZar It's not too late to back out!

    Possibly bad IDE cable. I would try changing it
    to master and do some reboots. See if it goes
    away. If it does you might have a defective
    drive or try a different IDE cable to see if its
    the cable.

    alight, next problem, once and a while I hear a beeping noise come from my PC, I just built the PC and I think its the Hardrive, Its a WD SE 200GiG, 7200RPM, 8mb Cache.
