   I've been having a problem with the type of printer I listed in the subject. It prints documents fine from any word processor, but trying to print from the internet, all it prints out is the garbled html that I'm assuming codes for the web page. Anyone know what causes this and how to fix it? So far I've had no luck finding anyone else with the same problem.

   What do you click to print a web page? This is to be sure I know what options you see and what you've selected.
   Have you tried highlighting some text, pasting it into a document and printing? Have you tried using the print screen to print a page?
