problem with Internet Explorer

someone went onto my computer and looked up a lot of porno and stuff, so im having to fix it, i think it was my brother, so i want to save his butt, anyways, i cant change the home page, its all the grey color that is unclickable, anyone know how i can fix this?

and one more quick thing, i downloaded a file to put the home page to msn.com, but that only works once, when i close the internet page, it goes back to the old one

 

nvm i can edit the home page now, but it keeps going to a different page other than i want it to go to, any help would be good, thank you

 

If your bro was checking out porn, he may have contaminated your comp. with spyware. It sounds like you have a browser hijacker. is this giving me permission to use hijack this? ive used/downloaded and used all the programs you put into the website except for hijack this and the programs that are .zip files(i cant figure out for the life of me how these open) and so id like some advice, and thank you, so far its helped a lot

 

If your homepage still switches from your favorite, ask for assistance in the Spyware Specific forum. Do not post a Hijack This log until someone asks to see it, and only as an attachment. If you have Windows XP, right-click on the zip file and in the pop-up menu, select "extract now".I If you don't , you will have to ask someone familiar with your OS for help.

 

im not using windows xp, im using windows 2000, and it is still trying to stal my home page, im going to try scanning everything again
and how do you open a .zip file with windows 2000?
