Problem with internet (norbel)

I have the same problem, my internet works but as i restart the pc my internet does not work and i have to enable and disable network and then it works ... so im little angry everytime i start my pc to enable and disable network to have internet.It is strange that in my network and sharing center appears an unindentified network and when i disable and enable network , the unidentified network dissapears.So please help me and give me an advice.

This one is easy to fix - you need to configure your router to provide your computer with a static IP address.
