Problem with Mcafee installation part of Comcast suite

I followed the general "windows-xp cleaning procedure" to clean my machine, since then I was not able to access either Mcafee web page or update their software (provided by comcast). I thought I will try to uninstall and do a clean reinstall, now the message I am getting is "You need to restart the computer before you can install any Mcafee software", I tried this couple of times still getting the same message. Can someone point me in the right direction, greatly appreciate your help

 

That is a good indication that malware is at play.

You should work the READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

Then post the logs in the Malware Removal forum.

 

I am currently in my laptop, I will post all the log files once after I run all the fix in my PC
