Problem With Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015-2019

Hi there,
I've tried to install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015-2019 package, but i recived this messages:

i'm using windows 10

i'm thinking about uninstall the actual Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 and then re-install, but i'm afraid to do it wrong, or cause some other problems.
also i've noticed in the list of installed updates from windows that there is a couple with an error message:

any adivce, idea or help ?

Uninstall it and then download and re-install from here.

It worked !
I uninstalled with Revo Uninstaller, and instaled from the link you give and problem solved !
