problem with my website

    i own a site and just got a new server..and its not fully connecting..
    like it wont let certain ISP's connect properly..

    for example...some people have to wait a while before getting on the site..they get a server not responding page...but after a lot of refreshes..they finnaly get on

    see these are setup properly..but not workin..whats worng?

    All the dns looks correct and nothing to seriously, might need to have then check and make sure there ends right though.
