Hello there, I just recently installed the newer NVIDIA drivers for my 7900 card (Driver 175.16 non beta) and I seem to be having some interesting problems. After install I seem to be experiencing what could only be described as "Lag". As I drag windows across the desktop (or anything really) it jumps about, seriously inhibiting my ability to do things. Also, when scrolling through web-pages it does a sort of "wave" where it won't load as I go, but only as I'm done scrolling. It's a strange problem. I can't go back to the previous drivers however, as when I exit any game I get a BSOD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you are not completely uninstalling the old drivers prior to installing the new. You can't trust windows add/remove programs to get rid of graphics drivers completely. Uninstall them again as you would normally then use the free Driver Cleaner Pro to remove the remaining stuff windows doesn't remove. You have to be careful if your motherboard has nvidia chipsets, that you don't remove those as well with the driver cleaner. But if you do and you have your motherboard disk handy you can get them back easy enough.

The only other things I can think of to cause that would be onboard graphics got reactivated somehow or the card has come loose from its slot.
