problem with outlook 2007 on grandpa's computer

ok so heres the deal my grandpa's outlook was freezing and what not so through some digging i found some inbfo on it in the thread

but when i get to the repair step needed to fix his outlook.pst file the program always freezes on his computer.

it use the repair on my system but i dont have 2007 nor do i use out look at all

so is there another way to fix the file and free it of errors?

 

still having problems with this im also recieving windows search indexing errors which i have gotton to stop by uninstalling the prolem application but the outlook is still freezing and will not load unless in safe mode

 

nbvm fixed it. it was a mix between registry errors and disabled add ons if that makes any sense
