Problem with Outlook Express 6

When I receive an email the has an internet link.....something like, "Register, Click here" thing, when I click it, my profile folder comes up. No internet just my profile folder. Some links dont do anything when I click them. Please help?

Try, in IE, under Tools -> Internet Options -> Programs -> Reset Web Settings button. Uncheck "Also reset my homepage" if you wish. Then retry links in OE.
