I have a Toshiba laptop. When I boot it up an error message comes up, "there is a resource conflict with the PCI Device on the mother board."
If I press F1, it will boot up and every thing works except no wireless internet connection. I assume this means the device on the motherboard is bad. Can I use an external PCI card instead.

    Thanks
