Problem with Safe Mode

    Trying to get rid of TV media, but PC will not allow me into safe mode , so I can use Hijack this. F8 on boot up lets me select safe mode, but after selecting it, I just get a continus scroll of garb on the screen.

    It's preferable if you don't use HJT in safe mode at first so we can see all the stuff that's loaded up with the stystem.

    Ok but that still doesn't tell me how to get to safe mode, after I use HJT.

    what you see is normal when loading safe mode. It takes a bit to load so just wait.
