Problem with site definition in DW4

I have an old site in Dreamweaver 4 but have not been able to open it. DW4 just keeps trying to load the cache and it is looking at thousands of files and eventually just closes out.

I think the problem is that when tying to open DW4 it was last closed with a site definition for a site that no longer exists.

Is there someplace where site definitions are held that can be edited so that I can change the site DW4 is looking for?

I've tried stopping the cache scan but that just eventually closes out DW.
