Problem with skins! Help!

Ok here's my story...

My processor os 2.0 Ghz and I have 256MB RAM! I have ATI RADEON 9250 Graphics Card! This was for your support(maybe you'll need it to answer me)!

I have problems with certain games like: Prince of Persia Sand of Time, Star Wars Commando and CT Special Forces - Nemesis Strike The problem is... That some skins are very strange in Prince of Persia Sands of time (Skins aren't like they should be) and in the other two game some characters don't have a skin and are just White like without color... and some skins are flashing like.. you can see the skin when you look someone without skin from a certain corner! Well... it's really annoying! I NEED HELP! I HAVE TRYIED TO DEAL WITH THIS BY MY OWN BUT I FAILED! (It ended with formating drive C

Oh 1 more thing... i think it's important that All three games need Pixel Shader! (I have Black & White 2 and Crashday and they need it too but theyre OK)
