It was suggested I take my issue to this section so I figured it couldn't hurt.
I am hearing sound through both my speakers and my headphones at the same time. I have a Toshiba Satellite A505-A6017 laptob and I am running Windows 7 home premium. My headphones are plugin with 3.5mm jack that plugs directly into the speaker and normally would automatically take the sound away from the speakers yet I hear through both. I did try another headphone and the same thing happened.

I would appreciate any help with this issue. Thank you!

Are you keeping any cell phones near your computer.

There are some Cell phones that will effect speakers and some videos like TV.

I had a tracfone that made dit dit noise when in my speakers when it was to close to any speaker even in the car.

Or is the sound constant like all the time. Are you able to show us the sounds that it makes.

Oh I'm sorry, I didn't word this right. To clarify I mean that I play any audio whether through my computer or on the internet that I hear it through both my speakers and my headphones. I hope this better explains my sound issue.

You could use the use CamStudio to capture the sounds if you have a audio recording device.PSCO2007 found the answer i think i was not sure if that was you where talking about or not. Each hardware issue can be different.I fix things better if i can see and hear sounds.

I did try this but my Problem with this is I am missing the connecter settings in my realtek. I don't have the yellow folder. I tried re-installing which didn't help. I really am at a loss for what else I can do. :(

Also Sometime else I noticed; thought I would mention it when I looked in the bios thing. I couldn't find the audio panel that they talk. Mine appeared to be missing and I have the latest bio.
