problem with spyware

I'm trying to remove something called website viewer and movie trader but have been unable to. I've tried adaware and spybot among others but everytime I reboot within 30 seconds it pops up again. My spyware identifies the problem but is unable to remone it. Any suggestions on how to stop this?

 

have you tried a third party uninstaller?

1st step , run a virus check from 1 or all of these .

I tried using hijackthis but when it displayed the list of problems I do not see the same names as when I run spybot. When I rebooted it poped up again!

 

have you tried rebooting in safe mode and deleting it from there?

 

I'm running Housecall virus scan and it says Troj Bookmark.B and BKDR JEEMP.C are non-cleanable.

 

I had a friend come over and create a file and locked it. Now the program can't install itself. It's a temp fix until the main file can be located and deleted so it won't install at startup.
I really appreciate all the input and look forward to helping out in the future!
