Problem with tosIPCSrv.exe

Hi again

My toshiba tempro laptop gives me a windows warning that the programmetosIPCSrv.exe isnt working when I start up, its just started happening, and everything is running r-e-a-l-l-y slow

I have run avg9 free, malawarebytes, superantispyware and regrepair, no spyware, threats or spyware problems, lots of register entry probs, but supposedly all fixed, but still, yawn, running far too slow.

I've attached the details of the windows warning.

Any help, as a certified(fiable) non geek, gratefully received.

Did that, couldnt find tosIPCSrv, closest thing was Toshiba Smart log service not running :confused

 

Darn thought you had it there, but it isnt...there :cry

Ok, found it in the services tab, its ticked but stopped, tried to enable it, restarted comp, still the same. Tried to run services msc, but wont open :confused

 

Ok, done than then restarted, still crawling......
