WinXP Home SP2.... OK- this laptop used to have several different user accounts and they were all admins (yeah- not real bright) and each user installed some software. Then, the laptop's actual owner said "No More!" and removed all the user accounts except hers. Now there's some software that cannot be removed because it was installed under one of the now deleted user accounts. The error message is attached as a zip file. Any help will be greatly appreciated.... THANX!!!

Thanx for the link, it worked, sort of... after running their 'fix' it took the IE out, but then wouldn't go online. I had to install FireFox to get online to download a full version of IE7 to re-install so I could surf again. There are other apps that give the same error when I try to remove 'em, and just some tasks in general say that the current (and only) user doesn't have the admin permissions, but under user accts, the only user listed is shown as the administrator..... any ideas????

    THANX
