Problem With Web Browser

I keep having this problem with my damn internet whenever I try to look at any websites besides a forum or something when I type in the link and it starts to load the window automatically closes. i type in the link over and over until my internet dont work at all im still signed on but cant do anything... how do i fix this?? i have adaware and shows no spyware on my system i have repaired IE and done all the aol auto fix's but still doing it.
