Problem with Web_Rebates

Uninstall from Add/Remove programs is always the first place to look. However if you have been using HJT to delete things manually, an uninstall may no longer work. HJT is the last step not the first step. It only cleans what you click on, it does not remove everything else that a program may have installed on you PC. That is why you should try Add/Remove programs first, then spyware removal/leaning tools, and then as a last resort manual deletion using registry editing. HJT is really editing your registry but it only displays areas that it is programmed to look at. This means it will not even show you the hundreds of other places installation programs insert info into your registry.
