Problem With Win 10 Resolution

    Hi i'm having a problem changing my win 10 resolution, when i used to change it the new resolution wold automatically go full screen, but now when i change it it just stays in a "window" in the middle of the screen, obviously the smaller the resolution the smaller the window.
    All drivers are up to date,
    i've tried changing resolution and restarting,
    i've turned the scaling on,
    none of these work though.
