Problem With Windows Explorer

I am unable to log in to windows at the first attempt. When i log into my account explorer doesnt load at all. However when i Log Off and Log In again it works fine. ..

Also for some reason the service windows installer doesnt work manually. I have kept in on automatic but still i have to start it manually everytime.....

Please help me out

Have you checked your computer for malware?
