Problem with Windows Media Player, #11

Can anyone help me, with Windows Media Player #11? I need to get the photos of the albums that I have. When I click on the Apply Media Info Changes, nothing happens. Now I have some places where the Album photo is just blank, or has the wrong photo, of the wrong artist. I have tried deleting and then reinstalling the Windows Media Player program, but nothing has fixed this problem. What should I do?

 

I've used that, and it somewhat works for me..actually, it's to slow. You have to be online in order to update the music files.. If you have a large music library it will take for ever. I just right click on the file and click find album info. Everything I add now, automatically updates the info.
