I have a laptop that I have mapped two drives to shares on my server, drives Y: and Z:. I have enabled offline files for both and made serveral folders available offiline. The files were copied to my local Cache. When I travel off the network to another location where I have another wireless network setup with the same domain name the server status for the now not present server is "online" when if fact it is not there. The mapped drive status in explorer is disconnected Network Drive. However when I open the Offline Files folder I see all the cached files and the Server Status for all files is online.

Is there a way I can force the server status to offline so that I can access these files via the mapped drives I have set up.

Both systems are running WinXP Pro SP3. What am I missing?
