I'll preface this by saying that I searched threads for the same problem I'm having but didn't find anything. If a solution has already been posted please direct me to it.

I installed zone alert free version today. Since installing I've been having problems with IE. About 30% of the time, when I click on links within a website IE freezes. Same thing happens with links in emails on outlook express. They are all links that I've used successfully in the past. Coincidentally, the same thing was happening when I was using Panda (which I removed prior to installing zone alert). My OS is XP. All suggestions welcome. Thanks

On a side note, I'd just like to say thanks to all the people here who solve problems. I was reading alot of the threads and the information was incredible..... way better than any technical support helpline I've ever dealt with. Thanks go out also to the people who offer free programs. You guys do an amazing job. I'm glad I found this website.

I'd advise dropping IE and switching to Firefox.

I've also heard that Zone Alarm is not all one could wish any more. Perhaps a total change to Comodo and Firefox.

Take up a lot less space.
